If you are looking for an experienced team who provides a great service for our residential and commercial customers for over twenty years.
We use tried-and-tested solutions to achieve the best chemistry. State-of-the-art machinery aids us in achieving the best possible results for our clients.
We offer a range of methods, but our most popular one is steam extraction. This method removes all the grime and sanitises your fibres and fabrics, leaving them fresh and revitalised.
To ensure the best outcome, we start with a comprehensive survey to assess the condition and identify any damages that cannot be restored.
We pay special attention to burn marks, scratches caused by pets, stains and odours, and worn-out high-traffic areas.
Based on this survey, we suggest the most suitable method.
After vacuuming, we spray an alkaline in overlapping patterns. We let it sit for around 10 minutes.
We use controlled steam pressure and heat to achieve the desired results, ensuring that all the muck and dust are removed.

If you notice white patches on the left, you may have tried to remove the spillages without success.
We start at the furthest point and move backwards, checking along the way. We reworked the area until we could extract no more dirt. Drying times vary, but we recommend waiting approximately three hours.
Here you can see the before and after status.
This was for a function room at a local pub in Penketh.
Another company using the bonnet method had made a previous attempt. No visible change was seen when they finished.
We have been providing top-notch products and handy work for more than two decades.
Our process begins with a survey to assess the fitting and identify any irreversible issues, such as burn marks, animal scratches, or worn-down heavily trafficked areas.
Based on this evaluation, we recommend our preferred method.
After vacuuming, we use an excellent alkaline chemical by overlapping spraying and allowing it to sit for about ten minutes while we set up our equipment.
Since the material is made of synthetic products, we can apply a controlled level of water pressure and heat.
If you notice white spots on the left, it may be because someone tried unsuccessfully to remove stains.
We always begin at the furthest point and work our way backwards, checking as we go. We redo the area until we are happy.
I conducted a survey and a pH test. Our findings were that the material was synthetic in construction and full of soap.
So what solutions do we use? The first thing that took place was we flushed the whole area with high-pressure cold water.
We do this to ensure that any problems we are dealing with won’t be sealed and unmovable.
Using an enzyme powder along with an oxy booster, we liberally applied them. Next, we agitated this using a counter-rotating brush machine. This massages into the base of the filament.
To ensure we leave things sterile, the temperature on our truck mount is at 130f. The water pressure is 400 psi.
To ensure the safety of our vacuums, we added a de-foaming agent to the waste tank.
Now the room is visually split into sections. Extraction now takes place. Always checking every couple of feet.
For this customer, they advised the through lounge was seven years old. During this period, the owner had three dogs. The smell was very noticeable upon arrival.
To tackle this, this is what I did.
1/ Vacuum- Removing as much dust and loose grit as possible.
2/ Create our solution. The normal ratio is 1 scoop for every litre of water. We increased this to 3 scoops per litre. We now apply this liberally.
Using our CRB machine, we now grind this in using a crb. We allow this to dwell for several minutes.
3/ Water pressure IS 350psi, with the temperature at h20(g). We applied a neutralising acid to the freshwater tank.
4/ The doorway was the most challenging, so we left this area to the end.
5/ Using repetitive strokes until all the muck had been removed.
6/ When emptying our machine, the recovered water was very thick and gritty.

We use our sofas and furniture daily. Transferring grease, spillages and odours.
See colour deterioration and most just live with it. We suggest annual maintenance at least every 18 months.
The main affected areas are normally the headrests, seating area, and arms. This is intricate, so takes a while. Using a variety of solutions to maximise the best results.
We always use air movers to improve the drying times.
How do we provide a cost?
We can either visit you or as many clients do, now provide either photographs or video via What’s App.
Does your sofa look like the day you bought it? Or is it showing signs of stress such as cracking?
This is where the hide is drying out and requires the goodness added back to it. We suggest an annual maintenance programme.
Our technicians are trained and skilled. They can remove grease build-up and sanitise the furniture thoroughly.
So how do we do it?
First, we wash using a very mild alkaline solution. This breaks down all the dirt and opens the pores for the next stage.
Once this is complete, we apply our dedicated creams. Using small circular motions. Once complete, we now wipe the settee with a dry cloth. This removes any excess.
Our final phase is to apply conditioner. This is a specialist cream that is wiped in thoroughly.
We advise that you don’t sit on the finished article for around an hour to allow the leather conditioner to be absorbed into the hide.
Fibre Protection
If you have a busy household where accidents happen frequently, it may be prudent to have your furnishings and fibres scotch guarded. This allows you to remove any spillages using just a paper towel.
This is an additional charge. Curing takes around 12 hours.
Blood
This is a biological issue. We use PPE at all times. Our approach is to work on the nearest areas of contamination.
In all cases when dealing with haemoglobin, we always flush the affected section with cold water. This is critical, as we do not want to seal anything into the fibre.
Once the extraction window on the hand tool runs clear, we can now view what is the next process. It may be a standard solution or a specialised application.
Please note that this is for basic removal. For more severe accidents, we may need to inspect the underlay.
There is no standard cost or charge we can provide. Every job is different.
Diarrhoea
Excrement can be either from pets or humans.
Please don’t be embarrassed when calling us.
We have seen it all.
All we ask is you pick up the more solid parts.
When pets have accidents, they dispense liquid. That sinks into the underlay. You attempt to remove it using a towel. Some days later, a dark mark appears. This is known as wicking. What has happened is the underlay has now dried and liquids have risen through the fibres. You may even attempt to remove it again.
The best thing to do is remove the underlay to start, as that is where the vast majority of the smell is coming from.
This should be left to be dealt with who have a lot of experience in this field.
Unfortunately, what we tell you, you may not like if the issue requires underlay removal, subfloor sanitising, or other treatments.
When repetitive accidents happen, the liquid sinks. No amount of blotting with recover this.
Vomit
This can be from illness, food or drink. The one thing we can all associate with is the smell.
So our service is two fold. Remove, deodorise, and sanitise. What you do not want is fibres that are not cleaned thoroughly.
No ballpark figure is available until on-site.
Our years of experience tell us how long the job will take.
We deal with everyday issues. Our tactics vary depending on the problem, such as red wine, food dye, and chewing gum. The list is endless. We have a vast amount of chemicals, gels, and tricks which help us deliver a more successful result.
Please note, if a client has already attempted to deal with this, they may have sealed this in. And we will know. We will do a pH test.
We do offer advanced stain removal. This is where the colour has been stripped away, leaving a bleach mark, either yellow, orange or white.
If made of wool or polypropylene construction, we can redye the area for you. This is an additional charge.
Taking on the challenge yourself may seem easy. Are you able to identify the fibre? This is very important.
As an example, would you tackle something constructed from wool to that of polyester? If you get it wrong, in a lot of cases you can recover the damage caused.
Cost is instrumental to some people. Do it yourself taking a chance over employing an experienced technician. We attend many properties to rectify the issues created by the homeowner.
